Refund & Return Policy

At Apex Pulse Fitness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to make sure you're completely confident in your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a transparent return and refund process to ensure peace of mind.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition

  • Must include all original packaging, parts, components, and accessories

  • Must be unworn, unassembled, and uninstalled

  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)

If the item is used or returned in damaged condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply additional fees.


Return Authorization (RMA)

Before sending back any item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or denied.

Return Shipping Responsibility
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Return shipping is covered by us or the manufacturer. You will not be charged restocking fees.

  • Customer Remorse (No Damage): The customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Original shipping costs (even if labeled "Free Shipping")

    • A restocking fee, which may be up to 15%

Refunds will be issued for the remaining balance after applicable deductions.


Restocking Fees

Some suppliers may charge a 15% restocking fee depending on the product category or manufacturer’s policy. We’ll notify you of any such fees during your return request.


Freight & LTL Shipments

For large or heavy items shipped via LTL freight, please follow these guidelines:

  • Inspect the item upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If you notice visible damage, do not accept the item and note the damage on the delivery paperwork.

  • Take clear photos of any damage and notify us within 48 hours.

  • Failing to report freight damage immediately may void your eligibility for a return or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Assembled or used equipment

  • Items not returned in original condition and packaging


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Warranty Claims

If your product is experiencing an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will contact the supplier on your behalf to initiate and facilitate the warranty process. Simply reach out to us with the details of the issue, and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time

  • Customers are responsible for verifying that products comply with any local building codes, ordinances, or inspection requirements before installation.
